Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about how we work. Still have a question? Just ask.
Booking process
How do I book a flight?
Submit a request with your route, date and passenger details — or message us on WhatsApp. You can request a booking instantly online; from there our team contacts you to confirm availability and arrange every detail based on your travel plans.
How far in advance should I book?
You can request a booking at any time, instantly. Once we receive your request, our team handles the rest and confirms what's possible for your dates — including short-notice travel where availability allows.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and refund terms for confirmed charters are provided with your booking confirmation. [Placeholder — full policy to be published.]
Pricing & payment
Why don't I see prices online?
Every charter is unique — pricing depends on route, aircraft, dates and trip type. Rather than list rates, we provide a transparent, personalised quote for your specific journey, with no hidden booking fees.
How is payment handled?
Once your booking is confirmed, we send an invoice to your email and payment is made by bank transfer. No payment is taken on the website.
What is an empty-leg flight?
When an aircraft would otherwise fly empty to reposition, we offer that leg at a reduced rate. Availability changes constantly — check our offers page or ask us.
On board & logistics
How much luggage can I bring?
Baggage capacity varies by aircraft — see each aircraft's page for details. Let us know your needs and we'll match the right aircraft.
Can I travel with pets?
Please let us know in advance and we'll confirm what's possible for your aircraft and route. [Placeholder — pet policy to be confirmed.]
Can you arrange catering and ground transport?
Yes — catering, ground transfers and special requests can all be arranged. Just tell us when you book.
Which airports do you fly from?
Our base is Wilson Airport, Nairobi, and we operate to airports and airstrips across Kenya, East Africa and beyond — including remote bush strips.
Air ambulance
Is the air ambulance available 24/7?
Yes. Our air ambulance team is on call 24 hours a day to coordinate urgent medical transport. Call our emergency line at any time.
Do you handle insurance and repatriation?
We work with patients, families, hospitals and insurers to coordinate medical transport and cross-border repatriation. [Placeholder — details to be confirmed.]
