These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lifestyleaviationjet.com(the "Site") operated by Lifestyle Aviation Jet Limited("Lifestyle Aviation", "we", "us", "our") and your submission of quote and booking requests through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us and Our Services

Lifestyle Aviation arranges private jet charter, helicopter charter and air ambulance services. We are based at Wilson Airport, Nairobi, Kenya, and serve Kenya, East Africa and other destinations.

2. Quote Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings

The Site allows you to request a quote for charter services. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking and does not guarantee aircraft availability or price. A booking is only confirmed when our team has communicated with you, agreed the trip details and price, and confirmed the arrangement in writing in accordance with our booking process. The Site does not display prices; all pricing is provided as a personalised quote and is subject to availability and change until confirmed.

3. Information You Provide

You agree that the information you submit (including travel details and contact information) is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to provide details of any other passengers on whose behalf you make a request. You are responsible for ensuring all passengers meet travel, identification and visa requirements.

4. Booking, Pricing and Payment

All services are priced on a per-charter basis; we do not display fixed prices on the Site. Once a booking is confirmed, we issue an invoice to your email and payment is made by bank transfer. Deposits, cancellation and refund conditions for any confirmed charter are set out in the separate booking confirmation and/or charter agreement provided by our team, which govern the actual provision of services.

5. Air Ambulance Services

Air ambulance and medical transport services are subject to medical assessment, aircraft and crew availability, regulatory clearances and operational feasibility. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services and our 24/7 line at +254 (703) 666 333. The provision of medical services is subject to separate terms and the involvement of qualified medical personnel.

6. Acceptable Use

• In any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• To transmit false, misleading or fraudulent requests;
• To interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the Site;
• To attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is owned by or licensed to Lifestyle Aviation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose. Aircraft specifications, ranges and availability shown are indicative and may change.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifestyle Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability in connection with the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law. The actual provision of flight and charter services is governed by the separate charter agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestyle Aviation from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
